We would like your stay to be relaxing and stress free….. here are a few pointers, which may help;

Deposit required is equal to your first night’s stay and is non-refundable.
Payment of the balance can be cash or debit / credit card. Credit card payment will incur a 2% surcharge.


We strongly recommend that you consider insurance to cover the cost of your booking in case of personal emergencies, redundancy, travel problems etc.

We hope you don't have to cancel but we understand that this is sometimes unavoidable. Should we be unable to re-let your room the following charges will apply.

Check in: 4pm – 8pm. Check in is possible outside of these times by prior arrangement.
Check out: 11am. We will gladly take care of your bags if you prefer to call back later for them.

Smoking: Guests are welcome to smoke on the outside patio.

Alcohol: We do not hold a license to sell alcohol. However, we are ALCOHOL FRIENDLY and provide glasses and corkscrew in all bedrooms and also in the lounge. Ice and refrigeration is available on request.

Damage: Guests causing damage (including accidental) will be charged for repair or replacement. The person making the booking will be deemed liable if the person causing the damage is unable to pay.

Access: We aim to cater for the needs of all guests. However, we occupy a Victorian house dating back to the 1880’s, so the structure of the building does present some physical barriers to accessibility. Please contact us if you have any special requirement.
