Terms and conditions

We hope your trip and stay with us will be stress free but in the current uncertain times we strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance.

Should we be placed in lockdown and be unable to honour your booking we will provide a full refund for any monies pre-paid.

We require one nights room payment as a deposit and other than cancellation due to lockdown, this is non-refundable.

Should you be forced to cancel your booking and we are unable to resell your room the following cancellation charges apply:

30 days to 14 days prior to arrival  25%
14 days to 7 days prior to arrival  50%
7 days to 24 hours prior to arrival  75%
Within 24 hours or a ‘no show’  100%


Damage – guests causing damage (including accidental) will be charged for the repair or replacement.  The person making the booking will be deemed liable if the person causing the damage is unable to pay.
